New offices in the heart of Paris for The Source!
The Source has just acquired and renovated 500 square meters of offices on Boulevard Magenta in Paris. This new facility allows our employees who no longer wish to live in the capital to stay on-site one to two nights a week. This is an opportunity to breathe the fresh air of the countryside and listen to the rooster crow at 5 am the rest of the time.
This new workspace, which reflects the company's culture, has everything you need where you need it. It includes classic office space, meeting rooms, a kitchen, 15 phone booths, a real Parisian café, and even a billiards area. In addition, it includes three meeting rooms that switch into comfortable studios for sleeping, with a private entrance and bathroom, a sofa bed, a wardrobe, and daily laundry service. With all that, it's no wonder it will be quickly crowded.
In reality, this initiative has proven to be crucial for retaining our current employees and attracting new talent. Thanks to this solution, four employees have already been able to move to Lyon, Tours, or Mayenne while working in Paris on certain days of the week. This action was very well received and helped The Source to rank in the top 20 of the "best places to work" in France, established by Great Place To Work, a specialist in measuring the quality of work life, in April 2023.
“The year 2022 was a turning point because, in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, while many companies were leaving their offices and moving into coworking spaces, we took a different approach: acquiring and renovating spaces in our own image, taking into account the new expectations of employees and candidates. This new HR policy played a decisive role in our ability to retain and attract talent" explained Fabien Gagnot, co-founder of The Source.
