INTRODUCTION
With Soul.
It’s embedded in our baseline : Creative Performance, with Soul. The commitments of The Source's CSR policy have been defined since its creation in 2017.
They are at the heart of our development and meet two objectives: to build a company with a sustainable impact, and to create a unifying foundation for all our teams.
Our CSR policy revolves around 3 pillars: Well-being, Diversity & Inclusion, and Carbon Debt.
well being
Introduction
The well-being and fulfillment of our employees is at the heart of the management team's concerns. First and foremost out of conviction, with the firm idea that we can contribute to the overall well-being of our employees at company level. Secondly, by strategy, since it is obviously a powerful tool for building employee loyalty, which is at the heart of our corporate project. Turnover has remained below 10% since the company was founded, despite the fact that our teams have tripled in size in 3 years.
Our labels
The Source pays particular attention to the well-being of its employees. This is evidenced by the Great Place To Work certifications in 2021, 2022 and 2023, Great Place to Work for Women in 2022, and HappyIndex®Trainees. In addition to the "prizes" awarded, the Great Place To Work certification process, which is renewed annually, enables us to collect anonymous feedback from employees.
Working ENvironment
The renovation of our new premises has enabled us to create 4 hybrid spaces, which turn into small apartments in the evening, available to our employees. The Source thus enables its employees to live wherever they wish in France and, in addition to the legal reimbursement of 50% of transport costs, covers accommodation in Paris. There are just two conditions: they must come to the office two days a week and travel exclusively by train.
Work from Home policy
A flexible telecommuting policy has been implemented: two days of office presence per week are required. The Source also covers the cost of setting up a comfortable office space at home.
Career Development
We encourage everyone to put their skills to work for the company, so as to fine-tune job descriptions and align them with the natural talents present in-house. Employees can formulate new ideas and propose innovative solutions to actively participate in their career development.
environmental impacts
our carbon footprint
Every year, The Source establishes, in partnership with an independent third party (Sami), its carbon footprint. It results in an action plan to reduce carbon emissions regarding all company’s departments and the creation of an indicator for calculating our broadcasting impact. Present on all our quotes since April 2024, this indicator gives rise to a contribution, which we share 50/50 with the customer.
Thermal renovation of our offices
The Source acquired its own offices in 2021 and undertook a complete renovation of them, promoting low energy consumption (automatic and timed lighting, thermal insulation, double-flow HVAC...).
Production types
We favor light productions, with small teams, and in France, except in exceptional cases . Since its creation, The Source has also relied on its network of international creators. In 99% of cases, these creators, selected for their flair and agility, produce their content in their immediate environment, which allows us to produce quality without having to travel.
Diversity inclusion
Introduction
We believe in committed professionals who adhere to the company's core values. We believe that the multiplicity of backgrounds and profiles creates a work environment conducive to fulfillment, and, ultimately, to the quality of the work delivered to our customers. No criterion of gender, origin, disability or sexual orientation can therefore be considered as an objective element of selection or exclusion.
Non-discrimination policy
Discrimination of any kind is not tolerated within the company. The management team actively and proactively monitors this.CVs are anonymized by our HR department before being consulted by decision-makers.
mixed-gender management team
The management team is mixed, comprising one woman and two men.
We encourage gender diversity at all levels of the company, in particular by promoting women to management positions and positions of responsibility. Out of 9 senior positions, 5 are held by women.
Parental Challenge
The Source is a signatory to the Parental Challenge, a charter of 12 measures designed to ensure a truly "parent-friendly" organization: the introduction of schedules adapted to life as a parent, bereavement leave in the event of miscarriage, days off for "sick child", authorized absence for adoption-related appointments, etc.
Menstrual leave
The Source has set up a menstrual leave program to enable those who need it to make the best possible arrangements for their well-being and comfort. If the need arises, employees can discreetly request to work from home or a day off without having to notify their manager.
Pay equity
Equity is respected at all levels of the pay scale and we use objective criteria to evaluate performance and determine promotions.
