The Source partnered with McDonald’s during key times of the year to produce content for the Signature burger launch and for McDelivery launch. Let’s focus on the McDelivery campaign.
McDonald’s, who was launching the McDelivery App, needed a strong creative for its campaign. The beautiful DOOH stills showed only one picture of a city under gray rainy skies, with an illusion that water drops were falling on the screen, but the brand needed to translate the campaign for social media purposes.
WHAT we've DONE
The Source turned the static key visual of this DOOH campaign into videos by animating the drops of water while respecting the artistic direction of these drops, which was a complex exercise. The Source was awarded best creative story by Meta and the campaign was a success on social media in terms of ad recall, app downloads and cost per install.
