The CHALLENGE

The goal was to elevate Back Market beyond a conventional tech marketplace and establish the brand as a genuine lifestyle challenger to fast tech culture. We needed to prove that buying refurbished is joyful, smart, and better for both the planet and the wallet.

WHAT we've DONE

We partnered with four lifestyle creators who perfectly matched Back Market's quirky DNA: @paulinecharbit, @esile5, @marinelbars, and @mariemt. Each influencer developed their own creative concept, free from strict scripting. This autonomy allowed them to produce highly authentic vlogs and seamless product integrations.

The content debuted organically on TikTok and Instagram to gauge audience reception. We then initiated a paid media phase, leveraging TikTok Spark Ads and Instagram Dark Ads over a three-to-five-week period. This strategy successfully combined genuine community trust with massive reach.
